Shipping Rates
Free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum order value.
Processing & Delivery
- Processing time: Orders are typically prepared within 1–2 business days before dispatch.
- Business days: Processing takes place Monday to Friday. Weekends and public holidays are not included.
- Delivery time: Standard worldwide delivery is typically 5–8 business days after dispatch.
- Shipping confirmation: You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
- Order tracking: You can follow your shipment using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
International Orders
As Fondelier ships worldwide, international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other local charges depending on the destination country.
Unless these charges are specifically collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.
