Fondelier offers a curated selection of jewelry.

We make every reasonable effort to present product descriptions, materials, finishes, measurements, colors, and images as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, appearance, or finish may occur due to photography, screen settings, or the individual characteristics of a piece.

Material, finish, wear, and care information is provided on individual product pages where applicable.

3. PRICES & ORDERS

Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on the storefront and may be changed without prior notice.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, suspected fraud, or misuse of our services.
An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout after your order has been successfully placed.

If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment has been received, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Fondelier is a UK-based jewelry brand and ships internationally.

Shipping rates:

Free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum order value.

Processing: Orders are typically prepared within 1–2 business days. Processing takes place on business days only; weekends and public holidays are not included.

Delivery: Standard worldwide delivery is typically 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs, local carriers, public holidays, weather, logistical disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking information will be provided after dispatch when available.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges. Unless these charges are specifically collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

For change-of-mind returns, customers arrange and pay direct return shipping costs. Fondelier does not provide free return labels. Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, any loss in value due to excessive handling may be deducted as permitted by law. Complete jewelry sets must be returned with all pieces for a full-set refund, without affecting statutory rights.

For eligible online purchases, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to applicable law and our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Items may be carefully inspected and briefly tried on. Excessive handling or everyday wear may result in a lawful deduction for diminished value under statutory withdrawal rights.
Personalized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return shipping costs are normally the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or the issue resulted from an error on our part.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different piece, you may return the original item in accordance with our policy and place a new order.

6. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@fondelier.com with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate solution. Please do not return the item unless we ask you to do so.

7. JEWELRY CARE

Jewelry should be worn and cared for in accordance with the guidance provided on the relevant product page.

Where applicable, water resistance relates to normal everyday exposure and does not necessarily include prolonged exposure to seawater, chlorine, perfume, harsh chemicals, or similar substances.

Following the provided care instructions will help preserve the appearance and finish of your jewelry.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Fondelier website, including branding, logos, text, graphics, photographs, designs, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Fondelier Ltd unless otherwise stated.
