Fondelier is a UK-based jewelry brand. We offer a considered selection of rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets and complete sets, along with jewelry organizers, chosen to be worn and used again and again. We ship worldwide.

Our gold-plated jewelry is made of stainless steel with an 18K gold PVD plating. Some pieces include extra details such as natural stones or cubic zirconia. The materials for each piece are listed on its product page.

To help the plating last, we recommend removing your jewelry before showering, exercising or sleeping, and keeping it away from perfume, lotion and harsh cleaning products. Wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth and store each piece separately in a dry place – our jewelry organizers are made for exactly that.

Yes. We ship worldwide, and standard shipping is free on all orders with no minimum order value.

Orders are usually prepared within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Standard delivery then typically takes 5–8 business days after dispatch. These are estimates and may be affected by customs, local carriers or public holidays.

Depending on your destination, international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other local charges. Unless these are collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.

You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with a tracking link when it ships. You can also use our Track My Order page.

Yes. You can notify us that you wish to withdraw from an eligible purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, and you then have another 14 days to send the items back. Please email contact@fondelier.com with your order number first and wait for the return address and instructions. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer. Jewelry may be briefly tried on, but items showing wear or excessive handling may be subject to a deduction for loss in value where permitted by law. To receive a full refund for a complete set, all of its pieces must be returned. Statutory rights remain unaffected. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.

We don't offer direct exchanges. To choose a different piece, return your order following our refund policy and place a new order. We're happy to guide you through it.
