Refund policy
At Fondelier, we want every piece you choose to feel right for you. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
1. Our 14-Day Return Policy
You may notify us of your decision to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to send the goods back. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
2. Return Conditions
Contact contact@fondelier.com with your order number and wait for return instructions and the return address. Pack your items securely, preferably in their original packaging.
Jewelry may be carefully inspected and briefly tried on to check fit and appearance. Items worn for everyday use, scratched, damaged, altered or showing excessive handling are not eligible for any additional voluntary return rights. Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item may be deducted from the refund as permitted by applicable law.
Return Shipping & Conditions
Fondelier offers free standard shipping on all orders. Change-of-mind return shipping is not free. Customers must arrange and pay the direct cost of sending their items back. Return shipping costs depend on the carrier and destination. We recommend tracked shipping and ask customers to retain proof of postage. Please contact contact@fondelier.com for the return address and instructions before sending a parcel.

When returning a complete jewelry set for a full-set refund, all its pieces must be returned. Any statutory rights concerning partial withdrawals or faulty items remain unaffected.
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, Fondelier will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law, including any applicable return-shipping protections.
4. Refunds
For a valid withdrawal, refunds are made to the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until the goods arrive or you provide proof of sending them back, whichever comes first. Where required by law, original standard delivery costs are included. Your payment provider may need additional time to show the credit.
5. Exceptions
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized may be excluded from change-of-mind withdrawal where permitted by law. Selecting a standard size or colour does not itself constitute personalization. Statutory rights concerning faulty or misdescribed items remain unaffected.
6. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To choose a different piece or size, return the original item under this policy and place a new order.
7. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Email contact@fondelier.com with your order number and, if possible, photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange an appropriate remedy under applicable law. Please await return instructions.
